What will I feel?

Each individual experiences Reiki healing energy in different ways and each individual may experience differences at each session. You may feel a deep sense of calm, peace and relaxation. Occasionally hot or coolness is felt, or a feeling of weightlessness. The sense of calm can last until well after the session has ended and for several days afterwards. You may notice a desire to release yourself from negative, self-destructive habits and a general desire to create more balance and harmony in your life. The important thing to note is that everyone is individual and therefore your experience will be individual.

Will I have to undress?

No, you will remain fully clothed and can either lie down or sit comfortably in a chair.

How long will a session last?

Each Reiki session lasts approximately one hour. You are given time afterwards to sip some fresh water and gather yourself mentally and physically.

How many Reiki sessions should I have?

That is entirely up to you. We can talk about this after your first session.

Where will the treatment take place?

I can offer Reiki treatments in the comfort of your own home or you can visit my comfortable, relaxing therapy room in Ecclesfield, Sheffield.

How much will it cost?

One hour - £40.00 Payment is due at the time of consultation and appointments missed or cancelled within 24 hours will be charged
