I found Lois' site on the internet whilst I was searching for a Reiki practitioner in my area to help me with some emotional upset I was going through.  I was instantly drawn by her professional yet really friendly site.  I spoke to her that evening on the phone and knew that I had found the right person.

I wasn't in the least bit disappointed when I met Lois, she was every bit as warm and comforting as I had hoped.  She made me feel very comfortable and explained what she would do.  The treatment its self was fantastically relaxing and despite my distress I had been experiencing, by the time I left Lois I felt much calmer and much more balanced. I made my first appointment with Lois during a time where I was going through a hugely stressful period in my life. Lois talked me through the treatment and made me feel comfortable and relaxed. The weekly reiki sessions released a lot of tension in me; allowing me to unwind, which helped me to deal with a number of emotional issues. They also helped me manage the chronic pain and insomnia that I have suffered from over a number of years. After the first treatment I felt very tired but subsequent treatments have given me energy and left me feeling much more cheerful in general. Lois also sent distant healing to my animals when they were ill and I did notice a definite lifting of their spirits. Lois is a very warm, compassionate person and is very easy to talk to.
